- Green bell pepper – 1
- Red bell pepper – 1
- Carrots – 4 medium
- Runner beans – 6-8 pieces
- Onion – 1 medium
- Garlic – 3-4 cloves
- Hot pepper – to taste
- Cooking oil – 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons
- Beef strips – 500g
- Salt – to taste
- Soy sauce – 1 tablespoon
SLURRY
- Corn flour – 1/2 tablespoon
- Water – 1 cup
Stir-fried beef loaded with vegetables in a finger-licking sauce.
