Apple Upside Down Cake

• Water or milk – 2 tablespoons

• Butter – 1/2 cup
• Sugar – 1 cup
• Eggs – 2
• Vanilla – 1 & 1/2 teaspoonS
• Flour – 1 & 1/2 cups
• Salt – 1/4 teaspoon
• Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
• Milk – 2/3 cup
