lightly knead until smooth and a little stretchy. Cover dough and allow to rest for about 10 minutes.
Step 4
Dust your work surface with a little bit of flour. Roll out dough to about 1/4 inch thickness and cut into desired shapes.

Heat up oil in a saucepan over medium heat. When hot. Fry the cut up doughs in batches while stirring occasionally until just a little bit golden, (they brown more as they cool).

Measuring cup. You can get a set of measuring cups and spoons from shops that sell baking ingredients and tools.
Please how can I measure margarine in kg .. thanks
You use a measuring scale.
* Please what cup do you measure flour with?
* Is it the measuring cup, milk cup or tomatoes cup?
* How do I measure margarine with a cup? I know a sachet is 250g. Is it half of it? Pls help me.
I use the standard measuring cups, not milk cup or tomatoes cup. A cup of margarine is 225g.
How can you bake it instead of frying.
Place on an oven tray in a single layer and move the chin chin around in the oven every few minutes so it bakes all over.
Pls aw many kg is the 3cups of flour
It depends on the type of flour, but 375 grams.
