Eggless Peanut Butter Cookies

These Peanut Butter Cookies are tasty, incredibly easy to make, and do not require any dough chilling. This recipe is a keeper!

INGREDIENTS

  • Peanut butter – 1 cup
  • Sugar – 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla – 1 & 1/2 teaspoons
  • Flour – 1 cup
  • Baking powder – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Baking soda – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Milk – 5 tablespoons

PROCEDURE

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 1

Measure out the peanut butter into a bowl. You can use smooth or crunchy peanut butter.

Step 2

Add the sugar, You can use white or brown sugar or a combination of both. Use between 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup of sugar, depending on how sweet you want it.

Step 3

Cream together the peanut butter and sugar until it is light and fluffy.

Step 4

Add the vanilla extract and mix to combine.

Step 5

Sift in the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

Step 6

Mix on the lowest speed just until it’s combined.

Step 7

Add the milk a little at a time. You can use any kind of milk you like.

Step 8

Mix just until it’s combined.

Step 9

Gently bring the dough together. Do not knead.

Step 10

Take a piece of dough and roll into a ball then flatten to disc.

Step 10

Arrange on a parchment paper lined tray or a lightly buttered tray.

Step 11

Poke with a fork. This part is optional.

Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes for soft cookies or 12 to 14 minutes if you want them a little crispy.

Step 12

Remove the cookies from the oven and allow to cool on the tray.

Step 13

Enjoy! Store leftover cookies in an airtight container.
