Oven-Baked Chicken Wings

Chicken wings tossed in spices, marinated for a while, and baked to perfection. This is a simple recipe, yet it is so delicious and satisfying.

INGREDIENTS

  • Chicken wings – 1 kg
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Ginger powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Oregano – 1 teaspoon
  • Parsley – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Brown sugar or honey – 1 tablespoon

Step 2

Pour the oil on the chicken.

Step 3

Add the garlic powder, ginger powder, onion powder, parsley, oregano, salt, and brown sugar or honey.

Step 4

Add the pepper paste. You can use a mixture of chilli powder and paprika powder.

Step 5

Mix well to combine. Cover and marinate for an hour or overnight in the fridge.

Step 6

Arrange the chicken on an oven rack and bake in a preheated 400 F oven for 45 minutes.

Step 7

Remove from oven and serve.

Step 8

Enjoy!
