This is one of the easiest, most delicious, and satisfying meal ever. It is perfect for breakfast or lunch with a glass of fresh juice or your favourite beverage.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 slices – bread
- 1 can – tuna
- 1/2 cup – sweet corn
- 2 heaping tablespoons – mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons, finely chopped onion, optional
- Pinch – black pepper
PROCEDURE
Step 1
Drain the tuna, I used flaked tuna because I couldn’t get chunks. I’d recommend you use chunks.
Pat the corn and onion with paper towels to get rid of moisture.
Step 2
Toast the bread

Add the corn, tuna, onion, mayonnaise and black pepper into a bowl.
Step 3
Mix to combine. You can add a pinch of salt to taste, optional.
Step 4
Spoon a few tablespoons on the toast, and cover with the other slice.
Step 5
Repeat the process, slice and enjoy!
