Carrot juice is healthy, delicious, simple to make, and keeps your skin glowing. What’s not to love?
INGREDIENTS
- Carrots – 6 medium
- Water – 2 cups
- Oranges – 5
- Ice – for serving
PROCEDURE
Step 1
Clean the carrots by scrubbing or peeling off the skin.
Slice the carrots and transfer into a blender.
Step 2
Cover with 2 cups of water. You may need less or more, depending on the size of your carrots.
Step 3
Blend until smooth.
Step 4
Strain the juice into a pitcher. Use the back of a spoon to press down on the pulp to get as much juice as possible.
Save the pulp in the fridge or freezer, we’ll be using it in another recipe.
Step 5
Add the juice of 5 oranges. You can add more or less, and stir well.
Step 6
Serve on ice.
