INGREDIENTS

  • Meats of choice – 1 kg
  • Salt – to taste
  • Seasoning cubes – to taste
  • Minced ginger – 1/2 tablespoon
  • Onion – 4 medium
  • Chopped pepper to taste
  • Water – 2 cups
  • Tatashe – 5-6 Big ones
  • Atarodo – to taste
  • Tomatoes – 8 medium
  • Palm oil – 1 cup
  • Iru – 2 – 4 Tablespoons
  • Smoked Panla fish – 3 – 4 pieces
