- Salt – to taste
- Seasoning cubes – to taste
- Minced ginger – 1/2 tablespoon
- Onion – 4 medium
- Chopped pepper to taste
- Water – 2 cups
- Tatashe – 5-6 Big ones
- Atarodo – to taste
- Tomatoes – 8 medium
- Palm oil – 1 cup
- Iru – 2 – 4 Tablespoons
- Smoked Panla fish – 3 – 4 pieces
