INGREDIENTS
FILLING
- Chicken breast – 1/2 kg
- Medium onion – 1
- Chopped garlic – 1 Tbsp
- Curry – 1 teaspoon
- Thyme – 2 teaspoons
- Salt – to taste
- Stock cube – to taste
- Carrots – 1 cup
- Potatoes – 1 1/2 cup
- Chicken stock
- Water – 1/2 cup
- Flour – 2 tablespoons
- Water – 1/2 cup
DOUGH
- Flour – 4 1/2 cups
- Baking powder – 1 1/2 tsp
- Salt – 1/4 tsp
- Butter/margarine – 250g
- Water – 3/4 cup + 2 Tbsps
Egg – 1 (Egg wash)
Important Note – Flour is 4 1/2 cups, made a mistake in the video.
